Sebastian Brünger studied business administration and political science in Mannheim and Baltimore. He received his doctorate from Humboldt University of Berlin. From 2006 to 2015, he was a dramaturge with the theater collective Rimini Protokoll. Since February 2016, he has been a research associate at the German Federal Cultural Foundation and heads the funding program “Doppelpass – Fund for Cooperations in Theater.”
